Refund Policy

We want you to be sure about a course before you pay. That is why every learner can attend a free demo class first — see the trainer, the pace and the batch you would join. This policy explains when fees can be refunded, transferred or adjusted after enrolment.

1. Before the batch starts

If you cancel your enrolment before your batch start date, you can request a refund of the fee you paid, less any payment gateway or processing charges. Alternatively, you can move your enrolment to a later batch at no extra cost.

2. After the batch has started

Once your batch has started and you have attended classes or received access to recordings and course material, fees are not refundable. If you cannot continue because of a genuine reason (for example a medical issue, relocation or a change in work schedule), you may request a one-time transfer to a later batch or a different training mode, subject to seat availability.

3. If we cancel or reschedule

If Data Analytics Masters cancels a batch before it starts, you can choose a full refund or a seat in the next available batch. If a class is rescheduled, we will arrange an alternative session or provide the recording.

4. Non-refundable items

• Registration or admission charges, if any, mentioned at the time of enrolment
• Fees for recorded courses or material once access has been given
• Third-party exam or certification vouchers, once purchased
• Payment gateway and bank charges
• Fees for students removed from a batch for misconduct or for sharing course material (see our Terms and Conditions)

5. EMI and instalment payments

If you paid through an EMI plan or a financing partner, refunds (where eligible) are processed according to that provider's terms and may take longer. Any interest or processing fee charged by the EMI provider is not refundable by us.

6. How to request a refund or transfer

Email dataanalyticsmasters.in@gmail.com with your name, phone number, course, batch and payment receipt, and the reason for your request. We will review it and reply within 7 working days. Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method within 10–15 working days.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version that applies to you is the one on this page on the date you enrolled. If anything here is different from what your counsellor confirmed to you in writing, the written confirmation applies.
